The benefits of Group-relamping

You might be wondering when is the best time to change your lights over to energy efficient lighting. Your first answer might be "when they burn out."  But, you are likely wrong.  The most cost efficient way of changing a large amount of lights is to group-relamp them as opposed to spot-relamping when they burn out. Not only do you realize the immediate cost savings from a reduction in energy demand you also save on maintainance over the long haul.

While group-relamping doesn't eliminate the need to spot-relamp it does significantly reduce the cost of labor, something often overlooked when thinking about the switch to more energy efficient lighting.
