Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will usually ship the day after they are ordered. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday are usually shipped on Monday.
We have found that providing shipping charges based on total expenditures provides our customers with the fairest way to determine shipping costs. To ensure the fastest delivery of goods to you, we'll ship your E3 Living order by: FedEx or the US Postal Service, whichever is most efficient in the circumstance. E3 Living reserves the right to change its shipping policies. E3 Living may occasionally run special promotions for FREE SHIPPING, but our standard shipping policies are as follows:
Orders for:
$.01 to $14.99 incur $5.50 shipping charge
$15.00 to $24.99 incur $6.50 shipping charge
$25.00 to $39.99 incur $7.50 shipping charge
$40.00 to $69.99 incur $8.50 shipping charge
$70.00 to $99.99 incur $9.50 shipping charge
$100.00 to $119.99 incur $10.50 shipping charge
$120.00 to $149.99 incur $11.50 shipping charge
$150.00 to $199.99 incur $13.50 shipping charge
and $200 and above incurs a flat rate of $15.00 shipping charge
Packages shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $5.00 shipping surcharge for up to 2 pounds, $8.00 for up to 4 pounds and $10.00 for up to 6 pounds. Higher weights will be quoted directly to customer. Currently, we are unable to ship to Canada or other countries. But we are working on changing that.
Return Policy
Returns Happen. Sometimes we change our minds. Sometimes we just don't like what we purchased. Sometimes we just ordered the wrong thing. But making sure you are totally pleased with your purchase from E3 Living is our goal. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We spend a lot of time researching the products we offer. So, if you don't like a product for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your item(s) to obtain a refund. Please go to the contact us menu item on our website to request your Return Authorization. All returned items require a Return Authorization. If an item is defective or damaged, we will refund the original shipping cost as well, and pay to have it returned to us. Please keep all your products packaging. We can not accept any return that is not in the original factory box or carton. Returned items must be in resellable condition, and must be returned with the original carton, packaging and receipt. Items requested for return after the 15 day period (but within 30 days of purchase) will be provided a merchandise credit for the amount of your purchase and will incur a restocking charge of 20%.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive
In the unfortunate instance that your product does not arrive in the time frame expected please wait seven days to notify us. Sometimes items are on backorder and we make every effort to notify you when that is the case. However, if it appears that your package did not arrive as scheduled we will then file a tracer with the carrier. Upon notification from the carrier of non-delivery, the merchandise will be replaced or a credit applied, or a refund issued at your option. You can check the status of your delivery through the notification sent to you by the shipper, or call us and we can track it for you.
Mail Ordered Damaged Merchandise
If a package you receive is clearly damaged please contact the carrier who shipped the merchandise, for example your local United Postal Service (UPS) office. Require UPS, or whoever the shipper was, to return the merchandise to us. If your package was sent to you by the US Postal Service please contact us directly for instructions. Special Holiday and Seasonal LED Lighting Polices, PLEASE READ:The Holiday LED Lights you are purchasing are among the best in the industry. However, they are designed for seasonal use. Consequently they are covered by a Three Year Limited Seasonal Use Warranty. Should your lights fail within one year from your purchase with E3 Living you may exchange them with us by contacting us and requesting a return authorization. If they fail after the first year from the date of purchase, they may be shipped directly to the manufacturer, along with proof of purchase. They (at their discretion) will replace them with a comparable set or refund the purchase. This warranty is not valid if your lights are damaged resulting from accident, alteration or misuse. The warranty is valid only for the LED light and specifically excludes the electrical wiring. If you need a copy of your invoice please contact us. Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order please email us right away through our Contact page. We'll do our best to catch it before it goes out. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be refunded the amount of your order less shipping. If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, please email us from our Contact page.
Holiday Lighting Return Policy: As is our normal policy we will except returns within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. You must contact us for a return authorization. However, shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective. Additionally, (this is important) we can not accept returns that have been unpacked or installed.
Important Note: Lights purchased for the Christmas Season will not be accepted for return after December 24th even if it is within the 15 day return time policy. In the instance of a defective product, only the defective product may be returned.
Clearance, Closeout items: We may offer some of our Holiday Lighting products at Clearance or Closeout during and after the Holiday season. These discount purchases are final and may not be returned.
